The registered capital increased to RMB 30 million in April 2002

We negotiated with Finstone from Luxemburg for cooperation in 2005 and started in September of the very year.

After consolidation, Xiamen Wanli Stone Co., Ltd. transformed from Domestic Enterprise into Sino-Foreign Joint Venture on Jun. 02, 2006, with registered capital of RMB 90million.

In August 2006, foreign investor decided to increase USD 2 million investment, by then the total registered capital had changed to RMB One hundred and two million four hundred and thirteen thousand eight hundred.
